Are you having a hard time getting students to attend and stay
engaged during traditional 30 minute therapy?
Do you feel ineffective and burned out with traditional
group therapy models?
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You have been struggling with keeping students (especially younger students) engaged for 30 minute group sessions.
At the end of a 30 minute group therapy session you feel drained, head-achey, unproductive and dreading the next group therapy session.
You spend too much time planning activities for a therapy group with mixed goals.
You waste time going around gathering students for their group session time.
During the therapy group you try so hard to target each kids' goal needs that you feel overstretched and undereffective in meeting their kids.
You have to plan multiple activities to keeps kids busy while you give individual time to one.
I'VE BEEN THERE!
I have definitely been there in my 15+ years as a school SLP with prek-12th grade. I have left so many 30 minute group therapy sessions dazed and confused from the various attention and behaviors, wondering if the session was even effective for the kids.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEEL
ineffective & tired anymore!

speech therapy is available now!
IMAGINE THIS
Imagine decreasing the time needed for planning activities and time fillers to manage attention and negative behaviors.
Imagine having more productive goal-targeting speech therapy sessions.
Imagine having more freedom and flexibility to create a schedule that works for
teachers, students, and most of all, you!
STORY TIME!
I felt burned out from my long commute to work and traveling from school to school. After group therapy sessions, I left feeling tired, ineffective, and inefficient. I did some research, testing, and trialing and created this program to restructure my school caseload so I could have productive speech therapy sessions. I felt empowered after getting my program approved to implement. I felt validated when teachers and parents were happy with it. I felt the freedom and flexibility that I now have in my work life balance.
TESTIMONIAL
Kendra Allison's program is a game changer. This is the most effective and beneficial program when scheduling and servicing a caseload of 50 plus students. Not only has it increased the communication between my teachers and parents, but has elevated and improved the carry-over of learned skills with my students. I will be implementing this program from here on out!
